Had a horrible experience here, my car was driven over 250 miles while with them for a few days of servicing. The service.. spark plugs. I got multiple notifications that my vehicle was speeding over 85mph and was 45 miles from the Chicago service location for an “overnight test drive”. Whoever was driving my vehicle was driving all over town with multiple stops including a liquor store.. When I asked the manager to address the problem they gave me a run around for weeks and just stopped responding. I will never bring my vehicle here for servicing again.

Took my car in to get an alignment (I bought the vehicle a week prior from the same dealership) only to pick it up still having alignment issues and now my steering wheel / column creeks every time I turn. The vehicle is a 2023. Might just be a Mercedes issue, but overall not a good first few weeks owning a Mercedes.

I have been taking our 2020 GLC 300 here for service since we bought it and I always have an excellent experience! My most recent visit for Service A was no different. Jacob, my service tech, was friendly and helpful. He walked me through the service recommendations but I never felt any pressure. He was very honest about what was needed versus what was optional. Also love that they provide quick service and the Uber voucher for pick-up and drop-off. ?It’s probably not the cheapest place to have our car serviced, but the quality, expertise and professionalism is worth every penny.

Mercedes, you've certainly fallen short of our expectations! My husband and I visited your location around 3 pm, eager to explore new cars. We were greeted by an Asian female with long black hair in a white dress. After confirming that we had been there before, she inquired about the salesman we spoke to last time. Unable to recall, we expressed our interest in browsing without specifying a particular model. What happened next left us utterly disappointed. In front of us, she whispered to a colleague, "They don't even know what model they want to look at!" This not only felt insulting but was also a breach of professionalism. She informed us that all SUVs were locked outside and essentially suggested we leave. We urge you to review the front desk camera; it may capture this inappropriate whispering incident. The lack of courtesy continued as she didn't offer assistance from a salesman or inquire about our preferences. Is this the way Mercedes treats its customers? As a leading company, we expected better employee training and customer service.Despite being told the SUVs were locked outside, we discovered unlocked ones on the second floor, allowing us to explore the interiors. No customer would blindly purchase a car without a browsing tour. The front desk girl's inappropriate comments only added to our frustration. We felt she considered herself too elegant to engage with us.Mercedes, we understand your reputation is built not only on engineers and salespeople but also on loyal customers. Treating potential customers disrespectfully is not acceptable. Please address these concerns with your employees; they represent the face of your company. Professionalism is crucial, and we hope this incident prompts positive change.Frustrated, we decided to visit a neighboring dealership, a different company with a similar opening. Despite not having a specific car in mind, the front desk person spent an hour showing us around. This experience provided a clear comparison. While the engine is essential, how a company values its customers matters even more. We hope Mercedes takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving customer interactions at your dealerships. For the record, my husband and I were not dressed in a manner that would suggest otherwise.

Brought my 2014 S550 in for an inspection. To my astonishment they estimated 12k for total repairs. As they already had my car in the shop and charged $300 for the inspection if work was not done, I had my break fluid changed and had a faulty tire pressure monitor replaced. They charged me $250 for parts and $850 total for labor, which included $500 worth of "advice" in regard to checking my coolant level and my presafe functions, both separate charges from the inspection. As for the rest of the repairs, I opted to call a different mechanic who ended up offering to do the same work for 4k total, including labor. This dealership and its service center will exploit you! Be careful and get a second opinion.

5 years ago my tire popped after hitting a pot hole. I drove a block to get off the main st. I did not have the correct lug nuts for the spare so I drove it to this Merc center w the wrong ones. They told me I had to replace the tire, rim, 2 sets of lugs and the spare bc I damaged it all---$3400. My regular mechanic said NOT to do that and to tow it to him. I towed it for $125 and my guy charged $275 for JUST a tire bc all else was NOT damaged. They tried to steal $3000. Then they negotiated to give me 2 services for free...Covid hit and I didn't drive for 2 years and I then went to get my car serviced and they said "the agreement expired last month..." they did not give me any service. Last week I bought a new car and didn't have time to get the tag placed at the point of sale. I brought it in and they wanted to charge me $133 to install the holder and the tag. I declined and took it back to the burbs and watched the guy screw one screw to add the tag holder and he installed the tag--- literally 3 min total and he did it for free. DISHONEST SCAMMERS---exactly the reason why people say "don't get service at the dealerships..." I'm not some educated person... who writes terrible comments about everyone.
