Love love love this place. I grew up very woo woo so many of these wellness trinkets hit right into my childhood. I love seeing them carry Boiron brand supplements and elderberry items. I go here to stock up on my "anti-sick" items but I also love their selections of soaps. Everything here smells amazing and has the most amazing vibe. They pack in so much amazing inventory and the staff are so incredibly warm. I love coming here just to walk through and peruse. Hope they never go out of business!

I absolutely love Merz. If you're looking for a unique scent or bath products that you won't readily find elsewhere, this is the place. They carry a plethora of niche perfumes from different houses, and the setting is not intimidating (I'm looking at you, Nordstrom). I really wish they wouldn't have closed their downtown location that was inside the Palmer House; that one was way closer to me and would get my business regularly.

I've loved shopping at Merz, such a cute place. I especially enjoy the Diptyque candles the store offers, which have made lovely gifts for friends and family members. However, I was terribly disappointed to see that the store sells Ahava, especially when I know the store serves customers from areas around the world affected by genocide. Truly disgusting. Telling all my friends to shop elsewhere, and I'll be buying my candles directly from Diptyque.

Had the best experience at merz today thanks to grace Anne and genesis. They were so beyond knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this place due to their incredible help and hospitality. Will be coming back:)

Went yesterday for perfume, the sales lady did help me find a decent one. But ended up giving me a box with temper seal already opened, i didnt notice until this morning. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Whatever…it’s a cheap hundred buck bottle and i wasnt planning on returning anyway. But prob wont go again, just feels…weird

Great little place, lots of good stuff. I get my health supplements from Merz, and some of them I can only find here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Olesya for recommendations and for introducing me to, and educating me about new herbs, they have been very beneficial for my health.

Love this store, I have been going for years. However my most recent visit was not like the rest. The staff were very unwelcoming, they seemed bothered when I went to check out, very dismissive. They also talked about a costumer who had come in before me, very unprofessional.

My favorite store you could find any and everything There. you can also ask the pharmacist if you have any alerts infection or anything, and they can recommend something for you. not to many places do that type of quality stuff. I have been going to the store for years it's been open for such a long time and now they opened up a second store totally from men Cologne and stuff
