Highly recommend!! Bernard and his team are miracle workers. They are extremely efficient, affordable, kind, and professional. Communicating with Bernard was easy over email and phone - I received prompt responses about an estimate and when my vehicle would be ready. I could not believe how quickly they repaired my car and how it looks like nothing happened. I have not needed an auto body shop in the 22 years I have been driving and I hope to not need one again - if I do, I’ll be coming back here and I recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have found my Chicago Auto Body Shop. Tommy and his team were patient, professional, and transparent about all possible charges. In my 35 years of car driving and ownership, this was my first experience with an auto body shop. While I don't want my car to be damaged again, I know if it is that I will bring it to Metro Auto Body Group without hesitation!

If you really want to choose this repair shop, be careful when you parking!
I couldn't believe what happened to me today; they only gave my car a simple and perfunctory assessment with a very very bad attitude。
and I don't know why if this is the reason; this car repair shop only has unreasonably small parking spaces, so I accidentally scratched someone else's car, and they asked for compensation directly after a very perfunctory assessment of my car. Well, I still apologized and expressed my willingness to compensate, but at this time, a worker of this repair shop who was not even related to the matter began to blame me, and other worker even asked to take a photo of my ID. This happened when the parking space setting of the store was obviously problematic. This rude behavior and bad attitude are really unacceptable. I don't believe that this kind of repair shop will repair the customer's car with care。

Bernard and his team were absolutely amazing! They did a stellar and beautiful job checking and fixing my car after it was stolen—it looks like nothing happened! They are very trustworthy and I would highly recommend. They arranged everything with insurance and were very communicative, even when I had to arrange everything from abroad. Their prices were also very reasonable. My car was in trustworthy and professional hands. Will definitely be back with any auto body needs. Friendliest and most professional service from this shop!

I took my car in for a radiator replacement along with a radiator support. Their quality of work and price were solid. I recommend them. They are courtesy and they take time to explain things. Great company!

The employees are all friendly and very honest. I came in with my car they gave me a free estimate on the repair. I agreed to the work. They called me in to bring my car (like an appointment) and in 2 days they had my car ready. Such amazing work. Will come back!!
