The girl that was there didn't know anything!She took my sim card out of my phone and didn't put it back that's just one thing she did! She couldn't help me with anything.oh yeah I had to go back and ask about my sim card she acting dumb founded. I been trying to call there all day today. The phone just end as soon as it rings. I pray my sim card is there tomorrow when I get a chance to go there!! I want to talk to managerment.

I arrived this morning, Sunday at 11:05am. The store was not open yet. Someone was inside. I waited 20 minutes and she still did not open, though store hours indicate open at 11am on Sundays. I knocked, she looked straight at me but never acknowledged me or told me she would be opening late. I left without given the service that I needed.

The lady who works here i think her name is maria im not sure but shes around 40 years old anyways I came here to pay my bill and its a new number i asked for her help to find my number and she told me its not her problem that im too old to find my number and its not her job to help me find it that if i didnt have my number i cant pay the bill that i would have to buy a new phone because i cant remeber the phone number now im 65 years old and i have a hardtime remebering things i understand that yes i should know the number but she should not be yelling at me that she cant help me at all she didnt even try to help me im very disappointed in the customer service in this store

I went to take my grandmother to pay her phone bill, we got there a little before they opened so we just waited. It was 10am when they were supposed to open and the door was still locked and I waited a little longer because I understand the employees have to prepare some more before they open. It was 7mins later and the door was still locked and the employee was just inside just staring at us and not letting us in. I just took my grandma to another location. Great ??

I came to this store today because I needed some help with my phone. I didn't know what to expect, since the guy in there seems to be a new rep.Christian exceeded my expectations, not only did he fix my problem, but he also took the time to explain and help me understand why things happen on these smart phones. He even showed me how to update my phone and apps and helped me activate my Google 1, which I didn't even know I had 100 free gigs in the cloud included in my $50 plan. I'm always hesitant to go ask for help at Metro because most of the time they tell me it's not their job to fix it. As long as I can call, text and surf the web their job is done.But, Christian was the best. Such a multi tasker. While working on my phone he was helping other customers, explaining them the promotions, and he was telling them the phone specs off of his head as if he made the phones, all while working on mine. I was amazed at this guy. Never seen anyone like him, so dedicated and resourceful. He definitely deserves a raise. He has earned my loyalty and I will be referring my circle to him specifically.To Christian If you see this!!Thanks again bud, and I will be seeing you next week for my Tablet.Everyone should go look for Christian. If he can't do it, he will figure out a way to help. Hands down.

Jacqueline was incredible and super helpful. She was quick and help me transfer all information over. She even showed me how to transfer my Google information, my text messages, and my phone calls!!!

I visited this store to pay my phone bill. I am initially hesitant about committing to phone companies and reserve giving my credit card and paying online until I encounter professional customer service like I have on the 21 of May.
