I need to speak with someone from corporate immediately. Abdul (if that’s his name) completely refused to assist me when I asked for help retrieving the PIN for my account. I even had to bring my nephew with me, and Abdul was uncooperative throughout the entire interaction.
I have video evidence of him refusing service, claiming he didn’t have credentials to access the portal, and then ignoring us completely—just staring at his computer while we stood there.
We’ve been loyal customers for years, but this experience was unacceptable. Once we obtain our PIN, you can be sure we’ll be leaving for good—and sharing a detailed review about this unprofessional behavior.

I came here with my dad to swap my phone number, and after we did that the guy said he can give us tablet for free for a promotion they are doing, we told him if we needed to pay for ANYTHING and he said we would have to pay for nothing AT ALL, so we added it, and when we were checking out he said we had to pay 40$ for a “service fee”, and we were arguing because we said if we had to pay for anything and he said we had to pay for nothing, and gave us an option to either pay it right now and take it or pay it later and not take it.
