Horrible service. They charge you for accessories to raise price. Doesn’t even show on receipt.

If you want the best custer service go to Diversey and Laramie store. Cindy was Awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will come here for now on for my phone needs. Thx

went in about 12 minutes to close and didnt want to let me in needed a new phone for daughter but the girl said closed guess more worried then making business.

I went to get a new phone line. First time customer. I ask for a Samsumg A10, the woman at the xounter said they had none. I chose a LG K40, and told the woman I want a $40 plan. She asked me, Do you wabt the protection? I answered NO. I told the woman, I am in a little bit of rush, I grab other things. First she handed me the bill $132, I said wow. Anyway I signed and left, I was in a hurry. I went back to the store 1 hour and a jalf later and I said , look, I told you I do not want the $10 protection,. She played fot 2 minutes on her screen and said ok I fixed. I went home. The next morning I received a text message from Metro T mobil saying your next payment in 30 days is $65. I look at my invoicex. It was $50 plan, $10 protection and the $5 to call to. México. She did not removed the $10 fee for protection. They play that game because there is no fefund on any fee that you pay. Once they charge you that is. Do not trust any spanish people behind the counter. You assume they will help you. Noooo

Please listen anyone whom has an upgrade if for any reason you have an issue with the phone you CANNOT exchange it for another one its not in there store policy in other words you bought it you keep it I called Tmobile Sprint At&t and none of these stores does that which I think is bad cause your paying 700 for a phone and if for any reason yo uh have an issue your stuck with the phone and believe it or not no one helps you they just tell you you should of read the fine print on your receipt I've been with them for 4 years always paid on time but they charge you 10 for an upgrade and they really dont help us consumers at all SMH .
