My experience at this particular metro is very satisfying. Everytime I go there for my phone and account needs, I always come out with joy because they make things super easy for me. Eva is very smart and I can tell she cares to help out customers. She helped get a phone with my account I've been with metro since 2018!

The young man who assisted me was very kind and patient, thank you for his kindness and it was clear that he did everything to clarify my doubts. This is how people should be in all branches. Sometimes you show up alone for consultations and because you don't buy a phone, you won't get They pay attention but this young man was very dedicated and I was satisfied with his service. This location is awesome !! I went in this Tuesday and the the young man working in the store was great. He went above and beyond to help me out and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location, great customer service.

I have never ever left a review for any other site or retail store hence the vibe at this metroPCS is only good. There is a rep her name is Bella, she is super cool (asks for her). She made sure I comfortable and with my decision to port over my number from another company. I never felt once like I was speaking to a salesperson. If you looking for understanding people (Jason help me pick out accessories) and good vibes this is the location to be at.

Not a metro pcs customer but had gone in there to see if they let me charge my phone and which they did for I was very grateful cause I was lost and my phone died for that I say thank you to the two working for they were very nice and were nice to talk to
