4X now they've signed me up for a plan I didn't want. A more expensive one of course. Even after telling them not to do that, they did it again anyway. For all of you that don't know, you get up to 50$ in accessories with every new phone you buy. So you can get a case,charger,etc. If they don't give you a case at minimum then go to a different store. They don't even give you the charger anymore with the phone. What kinda crap is that???

I remember one time my phone had a virus and I walked in and showed the worker behind the desk my phone He looked at it and told me I had a virus and then he corrected whatever was wrong with the phone Free of charge The customer service is fantastic

If I could I would give it a zero star rating.I'm going to pay for two cell phone plans, they open late, it makes me wait until the system comes online. I ask him questions about household products that he was interested in. I was kind of hot-tempered, the man seems to me to be from Palestine, he starts to yell at me, he says obscene words to me to go away, so I don't come back, I don't think it's fair treatment for the client, there shouldn't be a person like that.

Was at this location yesterday with my girlfriend we both needed new phones we were greeted by employee Mohammed and from beginning to end he gave excellent customer service was able to get us both nice phones for a great price! Definitely would recommend going to this location

They try there best to give you the best deal, they hard to work with. The prices are the cheapest by far plus they have all the accessories you looking for. And if you have any problem with product that you bought they will exchange it or fix for you
