Came to Metro for my T-Mobile tuesday freebie, 40 min after they open, both guys at the front desk where barely trying to "find the cushions" and they just told me that they release those last week, (that's not true, because you can't redeem it without the app and it was released today??).
He asked me to go to a different location, and instead of today's freebie, he gave me another freebie from the past weeks.
I left the store without my Tuesday freebie, just to find a car right in front of Metro store, full of seat cushions on the back seat.
Never coming back to this location, I don't care about the freebie, but this says a lot. The personal on this location are thieves.

My Venezuelan friends in Chicago please do not go to this location, I just had a bad time with a bald Puerto Rican man, he told me that he was born here and we Venezuelans believe that we all know that if he was not satisfied with his job he left me , it's already wrong, simply since I arrived he started scolding me, it was very simple what I wanted to activate my mobile line on my Android, why did I sell my iPhone, he told me no, why couldn't it, why according to My line is still active on the iPhone and it is not like that, I restored everything, I deleted my SIM or tell me, Mr. Puerto Rican, how did I activate my line on the iPhone if when they sold it to me it was done the same, or for example if I lost my cell phone due to theft or loss, the line is lost? How do I solve? What solution do you give me as a metro t mobile advisor? He didn't like that very much and it was where he told me that I had to follow the rules that he was a Puerto Rican born here in this country, it was really very grotesque, foul-mouthed, marginal. Anyway, I listened to him, give me my things, I'll go somewhere else, good afternoon, God bless you, bye.

I don't understand how I was charged almost $100 I was not given a receipt because they were out of receipt paper and had to gwait for them to get some in. When Iwent back for one and it still was not a legit receipt that you usually get that included a breakdown. I was just gigven a paper with the amout i paid on it. When I asked for a breakdown the guy didn't really give me one and said he gave me a deal. I come to find out I was charged for insurance when I specifically told him I did not want insurance.

Just happened to be riding by than pulled up to a stop ? light & looked over & there was a Metro Store.Lord & behold while waiting for service a customer before me got n2 it with the Metro worker & it went up from there
