Buyer beware . A culture of dishonesty- they will tell you equipment insurance is required when it is not. They will up-sale without your permission and with half truths. Get and check your receipt- they will tell your their printer isn't working.I called cooperate and reported them and received a refund for insurance.

Went to this Store and The Young lady That was Their, Was To Busy On A Personal Call and then seen a Small little girl running out of the back room. Waited on her to Help is And completely ignored us so we decided to leave and go to another store on Drake and 26 which were very polite and very helpful. Will be back to that store on 26th and Drake.

Danielle Bravo is the only good thing this store has. Andres is a crook. This store will offer you a $35 credit to your bill if you open up a free "3rd line". Scam. it took me 5 calls and over 2 weeks to finally receieve my credit. Now i am stuck with a 3rd line for no reason, and i can not cancel bc Tmobile will susspend me from all promotions for the next 90 days. His response "well you got it now right. So what are you going to do" extremely unprofessional.

After having four different claims denied from Assurion, I desired to follow their advise to head into the Metro pcs store located at 2820 n cicero ave, Chicago, IL. 60641 with my bank statements to show/prove to them that every month for 6 months they have been taking from my checking account their payment including insurance protection plan; which is the reason why Assurion keeps denying my claim BC in their regulations they stipulate That insurance will only enter in effect 30 days after receiving first payment for replacement which the representatives for metro pcs store failed to applied until I filed the first claim. So I get to the store and after finishing explaining the problem to manager on site he proceeded to get me into filling another claim for the 5th time and of course after desperately looking for a solution from them I get on their phone with Assurion and after talking to 3 different reps from Assurion (they kept going back and forth in terms of providing me with a solution) but their supervisor kept denying it just BC they never received their portion for handset replacement before I filed claim which right away I switched into speaker mode for manager of above mentioned store to get involved with and that's when I proceeded to show one by one, month to month that in fact I've been making my payments and that'ts when they finally acknowledged/recognized that yes insurance protection plan was included in my payments but her hands were tied until she spoke to owner of store.....Moral of the story is that these type of Latinos representing our community pray on people that don't know how to speak or defend themselves and instead off helping stranded customers, they just get into pressure mode almost forcing the issue to get you into buying a so called up-grade phone replacement so they can keep you locked in for 2-3 years or whatever time it takes to pay for such super expensive phone..... Proof of it is that since I've been without a phone for 4 weeks, I opted to bring an old phone to activate for me to communicate with work and whet they did: they proceeded to sell me a new SIM card, charged me for something called "device change fee"; also charged me for something called "utility tax for activation fee; also charged me for something called "service payment fee"; also charged me for something called "account level charge fee"; also charged for "activation fee" and never the least they also charged me for a deductible and just BC my phone was an old phone and didn't have the network key, they were into such a hurry to charge the next client that they proceeded to pack all of this in a paper bag and told me to go activate that phone online with customer service after they charged me for all these fees!!!!Horrendous simple terrifying was my experience under the roof for subject location....pls avoid at all costs the metro pcs store located at 2820 n cicero ave....you will be scammed, insulted, humiliated and still end up with empty hands by the time they violate every basic right that we have as a consumer of their products....My grade to them is: "minus 5-tars" if there were such a scale. The security officer helped me more than the reps behind the counter what a shame.

This particular Metro PCS charges you extra fees when other Metro PCS wont. I went there to add a 2nd line and because my phone bill is due in 5 days the charge me $33 fee plus $25.43 taxes of a free phone and the $15 activation fee. Now in 5 day i have to pay the bill which is $80 for the family plan. Aint that something... I will not recommend this location. They just thief. $70 plus waste it when i could of have pay in another Metro PCS no more than $45.
