I had a very bad experience yesterday. Walked in and there were 2 women workers sitting down waiting for clients. I walked in inquiring about the T-mobile Tuesday tote promotion and the light haired woman (blondish tone) told me that for the promotion I had to go to a “T-mobile” store. I know this is a lie because I had went to this same location for a promotion 3-4 weeks ago for the eclipse glasses and a different girl gave me the promotion. This is bad customer service to send off a customer, most likely because you’re wanting to keep the promotions to yourself. You are a “T-Mobile” store. Luckily I was able to go to another location that was also Metro and obtain my promotion.
