Went in here having problems with not being able to receive phone calls and was very concerning. Andy was such a great help with helping resolve the problem. He was fantastic with the way he handled this.Because of him I’m going to stay with metro. The other associate at this location was very helpful I believe his name was Tahoor. If you have problems again with the phone service and metro I recommend being helped by either one of them. I’m relieved there’s workers like these two that can help change my outlook on getting helped truly with metro since it’s given me problems before.

Hi! I'm Carolyn!!
I recently had to replace my old phone, and was very relunctant. At 82, learning new tech stuff was intimidating to me. But, I was amazed at the customer service I received from this place! Tahoor totally respected the fact that I was not wanting to loose what I was used to having with my old phone, he took time to place my icons on my home screen just like on my old phone. He even made sure my 2 favorite games were included... Wow! His patience was amazing! I am so happy with my new phone! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing great customer service, and great deals! Thanks Metro!

The manager is arrogant, unprofessional and think he's the Supreme Being. Can't reason with him he just think he's better and above everyone. Pitiful Shame!
