I bought a phone didn't realize the next day my phone was giving me hard time to make calls green lines on camera now I'm having bad signal and can't send messages I called immediately to explain to them my situation. The girl there sopposably put in an order to get a new phone it has been three weeks already and still haven't received nothing.ive had left messages there for her to get in contact with me and havnt her from her or anyone else in charge. She is unprofessional unreasonable not standing on top of things and getting back to her customers ... It's also obvious she never put my order in and here I am with a messed up phone not being able to do nothing.i also herd this is not the first time she doesn't do her job. I believe her name is dynamaris ..

-000 is the rate I would give if I could. The staff told me that they don't sell Sim cards which is a bold face lie, she also tried to get me to purchase a new phone just to get a Sim card when it could have just been sold to me for $10. I stated multiple times I spoke to customer service who told me to come in store only for the reps to be so desperate for sales they literally are forcing them on people who don't need them. Honestly the customer service staff was more helpful than the rude woman with colored hair who called me "baby girl" when I told her that it's not a metro pcs policy to not sell Sim cards but rather her personal choice to try to for me to get her sale. Disgusting sales tactics, and so rude!!! Save your time & money, just go thru customer service or visit the location on 63rd who is more friendly & follows metro pcs company policy, I'm filing a complaint with corporate for how this incident played out. I used to work on sales so I understand not wanting customers to do the activation online but rather just be honest and say I could get her a sale if I did it in store I would have respected that more. This is an immigration community and to know she is using tactics on fluent English speaking customers means that she is taking advantage and misusing company policies to increase sales when clients don't need that.
