They Don’t Answer Phone At Opening Until Later In The Day On A Saturday?🧐 I ended up having to buy my phone from Best Buy and then taking it to a different Metro T-Mobile store located in Burbank Illinois to have it set up for Phone Service because Metro T-Mobile in my neighborhood of Gage Park wasn’t open at three different locations and they wouldn’answer the phone. I’m definitely disappointed at the location located on 55th and California, which is literally down the street from where I live at because no one was there for business and they didn’t answer the phone for the first hour and a half on a Saturday morning.

It's already past 10 and they still don't open. Better say they open at 11 because they waste time. Put more responsible people in their schedules.

A woman works here who serves me very poorly, her attention is 0 professional, she resists 0 empathy, she is not at all helpful when serving me, she is hateful and very bad-tempered, if she does not know how to treat a client they should remove her

The person who assisted me on Saturday afternoon named Sara had unkind attention, at the time of generating the sale. But when I go to the store again on Monday to demand my invoice, which never arrived on my phone as she had said at the time, she gets angry, which makes me unreliable for a purchase. My bill was never resolved but I did experience racist and threatening attitudes, I finally asked at another store where the person in charge very kindly helped me to see what had been charged and no purchases were found registered by this cell phone person. It would be a good suggestion to have user service training for female employees and, above all, the honesty to perform such jobs.

Terrible customer service from Mrs. Sara, she is a racist person, and I don't bill the cell phone, where did that money go? Three days have passed and no one responds to me for my payment, the owners of that establishment should take action on the matter. I don't recommend it at all
