Moid is a liar or he's lazy ,I was told last month by moid after I purchased a second lab top from him to take back the first one so he could cancel it from my plan, it sound easy so that was the reason I purchased it . As soon as I told him today I came so he could cancel the laptop he said I had to do it myself and I told him not today , I came for you to cancel it like you said you where going to cancel it . He then makes it seem like im threating him and says if I want to cancel my whole account I said no I just came for you to cancel what you said you where going to cancel ,then he says he's going to call the police so I ask for his name to call the manager and he rips off his badge so I wouldn't see his name and starts saying ill help you and at that point I can't trust him so I walked out , Sorry Moid I saw your name Moid . Hopefully you have audio in your cameras so you could hear the way your employee treats your customers. I was wearing a chicago bears hoodie and was there between 4:30 & 5:15pm . Yes i got used to waiting over 30 mins every time I pay my bill

I purchase a charging pad from this store and it is overheating my phone and I called to et them know that I needed to return it and was told that could not return a $45.00 charging pad!! That took 25min to get to 1%
