We need to promote and develop the talented assets retained at stores. A company representative should please promote Rhonda. Rhonda was patient, polite and professional. Having lost my phone, she assisted me well and helped me through all hurdles. I was very surprised to find she was a Salesperson; she has the well-rounded skill set to manage that store, train and develop staff and offer great service to the community. Each time that I come to the Metro on 71st, Jaclyn is very kind and helpful and Martha too. These young ladies take very good care of your customers they are kind, they are patient and they're very helpful. I appreciate coming here I prefer to come to this one on 71st and Jeffery than any other metro.

Martha knew exactly what she was doing. We went to another T-Mobile store and the guy said that he couldn’t get the information that we requested. Martha was able to get it within a couple of minutes while verifying everything. She also worked very quickly and very efficiently. Made me wanna actually stay with MetroPCS after her service.

The first time I tried this location the guy was so unnecessarily aggressive and rude. The serving time I got an older guy on the phone who blatantly tried to inflate the price of services and tried to argue when I caught him in the lie. SMH

I mistakenly paid my phone bill to the wrong number from putting 962 instead of 692 and so my anxiety was so high, it’s the holidays and times are so hard I really couldn’t take that loss, I went to the store the next morning and Martha and Mago truly helped me get my phone turned on. Luckily I kept my receipt but the two employees went above and beyond to help me and for that I am so very very grateful, I was truly scared I thank Martha for showing that good people do exist in the world

Watch them WHEN COMING HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF YOU DID NOT ASK FOR. I asked for my service to be transferred over only thing I needed was internet which I SPECIFIED SPECIFICALLY. Instead they added extra internet and insurance on my phone which I didn’t ask for in extra internet in it’s supposed to be UNLIMITED ALREADY. WHATCH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THEIVES IN THAT RESULTED IN A 83 dollars prepaid phone bill. Than Lied in said my bill will be 65 next month. I wish I can sue them for basically stealing from me YOU PUT THOSE FEATURES ON Me WITHOUT MY CONSENT THEIVES !

The young lady Gloria is the best. She is very helpful and always nice to everyone. She never turns anyone down. This is the reason why I came back to this location!!!! She has changed it completely! Sad to see her go ! Will have to find a new location

Today I stopped by Metro for help on my bill . The lovely lady Gloria went over and beyond to help me. Here professional is out of this world . She treats all customers the same .
