Device protection does nothing. They try to sneakily change your plan to be more expensive. They also tried to lie about a fee to change my number when I know it’s free online. I try to get the IMEI number and he says they’re closing… it’s 9:05am….. I came back in after seeing they’re literally not open and have to argue back and forth to get the imei because they want to charge me an activation fee to get a boost on their sales or something.

Very much disappointed, to know that I paid more than 150$ for a single phone where I got to know that phone is only for 100$ in other store. This store is not trustworthy. I will let my all friends know about this.
