My elderly grandma went in there to ask for her transfer pin to switch carriers and they tried charging her for it I work at a phone store so I know that’s not true very deceptive and malicious people don’t do business here

Great store exceptional service. I highly recommend this location cheaper prices than other metros I've always get taken care of I highly recommend this specific location I've been doing business here for over 10 years and never had any issues they take their time with me and make sure my needs are met
