When I inquired about the promotions, he told me that I would have to pay full price for an iPhone 16e, completely ignoring the fact that Metro is running deals for new customers. His attitude made it clear that he didn’t care whether I joined Metro or not, which is not how customer service should be handled. I don’t know his name but date is Tuesday 25th March 2025. Time is 3:05pm .
