My phone is literally quit working twice and it had to do with updates Plus I was supposed to get a text message for free charger I've gotten it three or four times but you can't get the link and it gets sent to you. So the actual store was good but the service has got a little bit to be desired so far
Ubdate The issue was taken care of David gave me a charger when I was at the store.

My friend went into this store to purchase an Iphone. She happens to navigate life with the help of a cane and caregiver. The employee that assisted her overlooked her and directed all conversation to her caregiver as if my friend, making the purchase, was not capable of speaking for herself. This is disrespectful and cost the employee a sale and T-Mobile future business. The employees of T-Mobile should be trained to treat all people professionally. This should be an ADA violation to be reported so that we are assured that proper training is in place.

This store is legit and on the up and up. Went to the 6974 N Clark St metro, north of this one and they quoted $160 to switch carriers with them and THIS STORE ONLY CHARGED ABOUT $90. Go to this store first!
