The worst service of my life. I just wanted to change companies and buy ONE new phone. On the metro by T-Mobile page they show you some prices but when you go to the store they charge you more. They never knew how to explain to me what they were charging me and they never gave me a receipt.

This is the worst store you can go to and buy phones. The girls are the worst at customer service their attitude is horrible , they don’t speak English at all. You call that store to ask for something and they will hang up just because they don’t speak the English language. I have been there and there’s always people their complaining they always ripped you off when you purchased a phone there. Also they don’t activate your own device they tell you they can’t . They only want to sell you their phones. You ask for help with a google account and they charge you a fee, they charge you a fee just to even check your phone. Also a $5 fee to print you, your statement when it should be free. Horrible horrible service . I don’t know how that store is still open.

They tried to charge an extra $30 to activate my phone. I called customer service and got it turned back on for $50.

Excellent service, I always come to change my phone here since they give the best promotions, they always have a pleasant atmosphere, it seems as if all the clients were close friends. I feel happy with the service I received from Angélica, Lisbeth and Julisa ☺️

Went to Metro today and one girl that speaks English/Spanish she had a attitude like she didnt want to help her parter and on top that had a attitude when I ask you guys aren't going take credit cards any more she was like only cash so I just left
