I love the service and got the good deals. The rep Tabby helped me out so well and there was such a rush in the store but he handled every customer happily and calmly. I suggest everyone visit this store to buy their stuff.

Soooo here we go, I walked in to get a new phone and service with Metro after having a diff company for about a year. I walked it an do know the drill, it was pretty fast everything seemed cool except the guy took my i.d, put the the phone in my name And used a totally different address and zip code that I never lived at, made an account pin that he didnt give me, he handed me a paper with my number no receipt, even though I asked for one, he said his printer was down and not too worry. I called Metro because I couldn't access my account, he also put me for the highest plan I told him I didn't want. All this to say, careful who you give your info to, I don't trust this man.
