The first couple times I went in I felt like I could have gotten a better phone but it was a mishap on My part for not browsing before hand. So I'm here now to say it was actually my fault for not looking into the phones first before making a decision. The service I have with them is actually really good, I always have service, the gentleman treats me and my grandmother with respect. They hooked it up with a screen protector and a block for the cable charger. The phone I have gets security updates for5l 5 years still so don't need to worry about it being outdated. My 5g service works really good no matter where I'm at. My phone is amazing tbh. It's a samaung A15 5g. The oled screen I awesome for my mobile gaming and I'm just happy over all with my phone. Thank you guys so much for the service and for the dope phone. Thanks a million

This store is dishonest in their business practices. The sales process was uncomfortable with them changing phones and trying to charge more than what we wanted to spend.
The charges on the receipt did not match what we were told we would spend. When questioned, the employee said we had to call customer service for answers.
Corporate customer service told us we had to return to the store for answers. This is obvious deception and would leave us running in circles. We will not shop here again.

I went there on Wednesday Oct 16 to purchased a wifi unit. Also had a couple of questions about my 2 cell phones. Both were handle very well. I would recommend Metro by T Mobile.

First thing. When I got in, there was a dog on the side of the store, I had an allergy, so I had a hard time, I didn't talk, I waited until they finished and left . Second thing. The customer service she doesn't have any idea any idea about the upgrade policy or transferring service from person to person if the other person is considered as a new customer or not, so l left that store
