This metro location is Trash just like SOME OF THE employees working there. First of all they lie to you about pricing and add on things that you don't need to your plan without telling you. They are scammers and get mad when you catch them and confront them. The managers at the location also scams customers telling you that you have to pay whatever they say. The company Metro PCS is good but this location is NOT GOOD AT ALL. IF YOU HAVE QUEDTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILLING DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE JUST CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sasha and the whole Metro crew on Diversey and Cicero were super helpful-highly knowledgeable and patient helping my senior citizen mom with her needs. They went beyond the call of duty and we're very thankful. If Corporate headquarters reads this review- I hope you would give this sales rep. crew the highest of recognition. A rep at this store fixed my tablet issue and under a minute. Hours on the phone Metro and Samsung could not fix it and wanted me to swap SIM or return it. The tablet was not receiving text messages but the rep here fixed it.

BUNCH OF THIEVES !!!!
We bought a brand new phone for almost $700, tried it at home for a couple of hours and didn't like it at all. Went right back to the store explaining our experience to find out they wouldn't let us return the phone.
Right next to us there was a lady also complaining about a SIM card without any positive response.
Sheila at the store informed us that they didn't have a manager at the moment and wouldn't know which days or when was going to get back to work.
That's the kind of service you will expect at this store !!
Update: Manager names are Carlos and Roger.

The customer service was phenomenal ! Went in with my husband to get upgrades and I couldn't be more satisfied! I got everything I needed! With all my accessories the team there was great ! Tachi has provides great customer service I recommend !
