I used to go to this store faithfully I knew the old manager Alma she was running that store for many years I came in yesterday to see that she doesn’t work here anymore and all of the people who were working here last year were fired because they sold the store even the building to new people. Whoever owns this place now you made a big mistake because the people that were fired were actually helpful and honest people. They always took care of the people in my neighborhood because they actually cared about people here. They lived in the neighborhood they were our people. The workers that are here now steal from the people in my neighborhood the same people who keep your store open for years this is not right either get better employees or close this place. My mom came here to pay a phone bill and now we have a tablet we didn’t ask for and didn’t authorize to be put on the account and they changed the pin number to the account without my permission. Funny thing is I talked to the guy who took my payment and he told me to call customer service, but customer service won’t do anything about it because I don’t have my pin number anymore. I explain that to him and he just laughs in my face and tells me to open New account and forget about the Old account. Except I’ve had my phone number for over 10 years, and I didn’t even want this tablet. I just wanted to pay my bill. While I was here at the store, they had alot of angry customers complaining about the same thing. People saying that there were things on the account that they didn’t want pin numbers being changed people trying to pay their bill, but the bills are not getting processed correctly its for the wrong amounts. There is a lot of fraud happening here it makes me so sad to see that a place a really loved going to turned into this trash.

If I can give this store a zero I would. They do major fraud. Stay alert. They take your money and don't process the money on the account. I paid my bill and they never gave me a receipt. later I checked my account and my service was suspended due to a non payment. I had to go back and fight for my money.
They went into my account and made so many changes without my consent nor knowledge. Stay away.

Do not come to this location. They add new reoccurring charges to your bill without asking first. When asked about it they just say that we need to call to get it removed when they did not even ask if we wanted the service. I went to another location to activate a phone and I paid $28 with taxes. We came to this location and they charged my parents $34 yet we received a message saying thanks for our $28 payment. I received the same message when I activated my phone but I only paid $28.

I went to the store to pay my bill and the guy there was very calm and polite and he told me about the promotion for the tablet I have and helped me and my friend get a tablet for each of us😀😀I don't know his name but he was a tall guy..
