Mike is one of the best owners of one of the best Wireless stores in the Austin area. I came in with a broken screen on my iPhone and Mike replaced it in just minutes. He reviewed my account and informed me that my Simple Mobile payment will be due tomorrow (I forgot) and let me know I can pay multiple months!! Wireless Depot Communications will be the only Wireless store I’ll visit when I’m in the area. Excellent experience!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. It isn't often that I write a review but this store desrerves this one. I went into this T-Mobile with the intent to get my son a phone but to convert his current data line/mobile internet iPad line over to a voice line as it already has a phone number. I was told by the in store representative that that wasn't possible and I HAD to get a new phone number/ voice line which would totally increase my bill. I found that strange and called customer service against his advise. After speaking with a representative over the phone I was told that I can in fact change the mobile Internet line over to a voice line, however the whole time I was on the phone with customer service the in store representative was shaking his head the entire time stating 'he's lying' 'just hang up' 'he doesnt know what he's talking about' 'he's going to mess up everything we're trying to do right now' I did eventually hang up but I also walked out of the store because I felt like he was trying to get me to get an additional line and phone and products to increase his sales for the day. While I understand employees trying to boost their commission, it still is never ok to do this at the unessessary expense of the customer especially one who has been with T-Mobile as long as I have. A word of advise for the reader, always call in to customer service even if you're advised not to because they will stand behind their word more so than the person in the store- afterall 'their calls are monitored for quality customer service'. By the way after calling in to customer service I was able to switch the mobile internet line to a voice line in less than 10 minutes in speaking with a representative over the phone. I should have known something was wrong when they didn't have any land lines to contact customer service inside the store, smh. #dontdestroyloyaltyforasale #noautorizeddealersforme
