Went there to remove lines before I paid the full price for my phone bill and the customer service lady or whoever works here was very mean and just rude and not helpful at all. Just really wanted our money and that's it.. wasn't tryna help with a solution or anything. But will never go here again.. luckily customer service fixed my problem smh. By why call when I went to a physical store 🤨🧐but will never go here again.

I'm a senior citizen. I've visited this store quite frequently to purchase a phone and get assistance with my phone. I've purchased two phones from this location. The lady / salesperson was very pleasant and accommodating. She thoroughly explained the functions of the phone. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

Unlike other stores the staff here where great tricey an Mary explain well clean store smelt good very helpful had lots of options thank u great experience when spending money an getting good service !!!!!!!

Dominique (store manager) and Tricey are quite the team. These two ladies got me in and out in a timely manner when I came into the store yesterday with an emergency phone issue! I've been to several Metro PCs stores but this one takes the cake! Very professional and polite! Try them for your all your Metro phone needs....

It used to be when you come into a metro store to pay bill, it was only a $3 dollar tax. Now it's a $8 dollar tax. What a rip off!

Horrible. Store was closed in the middle of the day then some lady drove up. Could barely answer questions and give good service since she was so busy on the phone. Rude and unprofessional.

This is the worst location ever, I did an in person trade in for an IPHONE promotion but instead they screw it up. This MANAGER call JERRY full of crap every month, saying I will apply credit for you each month for 6 months. I got credit for 4 months and he supposed to apply for me but instead calling him each time and constantly making excuses. As usual, avoid this location or avoid this guy. WORST manager ever
