Avoid this location at all costs. If you have an issue with the service they are completely unwilling to help you. They claim they cannot look you up in the system even though you bought the phone at the store. They only make money when you sign up for service.

It’s 1030 and their is a sign already be back in 5 minutes . It’s been a whole 30 minutes . I called I knocked , nothing ! Managers need to do better when they hire !!!!!!

Customer service has really declined since management change. I was waited on by a very unfriendly man who seemed to be annoyed that I needed assistance.

Best customer service . They always have promotions going on .Chris was so helpful . No hidden fees . Whenever I have an issue with my phone ,someone will be there to help , not like other stores only thinking about sales .

Place really went down hill recently. Never opened and I see that the rep Julian isn’t there anymore. Probably the best help that I’ve ever gotten. Nothing seems the same. Always closed and can’t seem to get that one of a kind treatment Julian will give. Hope to see him soon. Really loved this location.

Great service at this location Love the new management and the store Hector is amazing as a Metro by t mobile representative ported my number and transfers and everything within 10 mins and went beyond experience fast service with some one that knows check out this location ?
