I went to store because I was having trouble with setting up my Internet and needed my account reset. I was told that I had to go to original place where I set up account. They could not help me At this place. I called customer service and I was told that Any Metro could help me and I went to another Metro and problem was solved.

They never answered the phone at opening time and they definitely don’t open on time even though there’s a car parked in back

so i had been to TWO locations before going here today. when i got here i had little hope but i was still hopefull. im so glad i went in despite my experience at the last two locations because Aleidy was THE BEST. she went above and beyond to take care of me and my issue. Thankful for her an at least ONE good Metro PCS location. thank you!!!!

They don't respect the promotions I let myself be robbed because I needed the service, the activation was free and they charge you for it and don't give you the receipt but they are stupid because the system gives you the total when you finish your order

Tried to make a payment yesterday and all I did was ask a question and the rude cashier didn’t like the way I ask so ,she decided to decline my payment, I don’t know what kind or who trained them in customer service, but it was horrible. They need to be retrained

Dont understand what happened to the store recently , when ever I go to pay the Bill they say system is not working . The store is so close to my house I have been going there is since so many years. It Was never like this. Now they always say system not working . Its so big problem
