Had an amazing experience here yesterday. My wife and I came in to learn more about what options are available to us. We worked with Jennifer who is really nice and was happy to answer all of our questions. We did have one issue setting up a phone but Jennifer was really helpful and made sure to fix the issue for us. Now our family is all on Metro and our phones are working great. I highly encourage you to go to Metro and ask for Jennifer. 10/10 would recommend it here.

While I applaud the diversity that the location caters, I am appalled by the lack of sensitivity to the non-Hispanic population, since it is nearest to the south Loop of the city. The two individuals in the store today lacked the sensitivity to the diversity the city strives to service. The manager Peter is especially first and foremost at blame.

I have been given treatment differently than I have in this store on the 10 occasions prior. The difference is Peter who says he's the owner. I don't know anything different about me except I am Black. How do you explain Peter telling me in earshot of his assistant who helped me on many occasions and the last tt time was two days ago? Why won't Peter extend me the same courtesy as his employees? I have been dealing with being different most of my life but never expected it on !8th. and Ashland. more jocareercritic.com/blogs

The two young ladies that were there were so knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to solve my problem with a great attitude. They understood that I wasn't very tech savvy and guided me as to how it works. Glad they were there.
