Best service compared to other locations, Vicky was very attentive. I was given great services and offered amazing promotion and was helped through out the entire process, she was very patient.

This location is horrible! The service here is awful. This place must be family owned. Nothing but family members working. All these reviews yet the same people working there. I came to pay my phone bill today at 6:30 p.m and Carmen’s who also is extremely rude, the daughter I believe named Amy said the location (store) was closed told me to go to another store because she won’t help me. Take I’m mind the store shows it closes at 7:00 p.m. She didn’t want to open the door for me. She said “Bye go to another store to pay your bill”. HORRIBLE.

Unacceptable customer service! I've been treated like garbage! Walked in with their customer service on the phone and without asking any questions, sales rep, looked like women( can't see good without glasses) yelled at me to get out, even when I explained the situation!!! WOW! What is respect???? 👎30 minutes LATER: Cops being called on me for.... nobody knows what (even cops)! So, I'm standing outside ON the sidewalk, explaining situation, suddenly THE WHOLE FAMILY comes in: husband/manager😁, grandma with infant and teenager boy running his mouth about .... whatever he's imagining! That's like 8 people (3 of them with guns, police) gang up at me in the middle of sidewalk, in the middle of sunny day, yelling at me for.... I don't know what! I definitely won't buy any phones(as I intended) or anything in that place! I think they've mistakenly opened Metro PCs store - they should sell TAAMAALES there, not phones🤮🤮🤮

Really bad service! There is a woman there named Carmen, she is really disrespectful. In a bad mood always. Not work ethic. She curses, hangs up the phone @ you, doesn’t open the store @ the hours supposed to. She really doesn’t deserve to work there. She has more reviews and now I seen I’m not the only one. She even has her doughter working there with her. They do as they please and not work. Should be removed from her job.

Terrible service in all their stores that I have visited, they do not care about the clients, the attention of the advisors, if there is one, is very poor, they are not interested in selling, they are only there to be there, for this and more reasons, the companies do not progress, they lack technology and customer service education

Terrible service.... There are two times that I go and two different women serve me and they both talk to you in a bad way, it seems like they don't feel like working until they almost scold you if you ask something because you didn't understand.

I called in regarding my insurance on a phone and was told I needed to pay a $200 deductible I asked why when I have insurance on the phone and the phone didn't cost $200.. When I asked why she abruptly hung up on me. When I called back another lie was told that I have to pay both lines regardless of my second line battery went dead less than a year then they pull this crap that it's no longer available or in stock. But in the same breath if you call the store they're say they're not available at that time for promotional at that specific time. Like as though they don't exist anywhere but if you go to another store they are still in stock just for you to pay for a entire new phone. I have 5 almost new phones
