I called in regarding my insurance on a phone and was told I needed to pay a $200 deductible I asked why when I have insurance on the phone and the phone didn't cost $200.. When I asked why she abruptly hung up on me. When I called back another lie was told that I have to pay both lines regardless of my second line battery went dead less than a year then they pull this crap that it's no longer available or in stock. But in the same breath if you call the store they're say they're not available at that time for promotional at that specific time. Like as though they don't exist anywhere but if you go to another store they are still in stock just for you to pay for a entire new phone. I have 5 almost new phones

I went in to make a purchase at this location because I was disappointed at the service I received at a different location. The service I received the first day I went in, which was the day I wanted to switch to Metro, was not bad. They were able to answer all my questions and were able to set up my phones. But, I called Metro the following day because my international calling wasn't working. Here they told me i was only supposed to have paid 134 and cents, but the store location charged me 161 and cents. I called the store to see if a mistake had occured since Metro customer service stated that i was charged incorrectly. The manager of the store was completely disrespectful and rude screaming at me stating that the 28 dollars were taxes and that it should be common sense that I was going to be charged that extra amount. Metro customer service said that the taxes of the activation were already included and shouldnt have been charged an additional 28 since the phones I had received were free. They also failed to set up my internationall calling correctly. They applied it to a plan that it cant be applied to.In all, there is no need for a manager to be rude and scream at a custoner simply because they are calling to ask a question or to clear up a misunderstanding. After the two horrible experiences i received at the two different locations I will no longer be doing bisiness with metro in store.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The sales person was more concerned with her commision when i added a line. Causing my service to be cut off 2 weeks after making a full payment. The staff present when i returned were of no help at all. .

The personnel at this store are awesome! Purchased a phone from a different location, phone malfunctioned, other location claimed it had been dropped. Spoke with peraon at this store, told them my situation, they told me to bring the phone...they examined the phone and determined the the default in the phone was not of my doing...I was given another phone immediately. Great custermer service. You guys rock!!
