I had stopped at a different Metro store I wasn't happy with the price.I went to another store and this young lady was very helpful on helping me choose a phone Thanks Miros I recommend people to go 5956 W Diversey.

I stopped at the Metro store at 5956 W. Diversey. I had questions regarding my damaged phone and account. The Customer Service Rep Louis was very helpful and not pushy. I would visit this store again.

Wilfredo is very kind and calm through situations. He is so persistent. He is very good at showing customers things they don't know patiently. I'm still with metro pcs because of wilfredo.
