I bought a phone they added a Third line without permission The customer service took my money cut my phone off before the bill was due then suspended my line said I couldn't get my number back it was horrible

They have a terrible attitude and love to get smart with you when you don't understand a question the person lied to me saying that my bill will be cover on the first and by the second month I'll will be paying 36 dollars for my bill. Nothing changed. Still was 70 dollars for the bill and when I called for assistance instead of pulling my account up and fixing it the skinny girl advised me to call 311. ?

Don’t go to this metro store! The big girl Veronica put me in a smart pay plan without asking me.went back to the store to see if we could work something out Veronica didn’t want to help.

Chunky mexican female charged my card twice not thinking I would notice so make sure you go back and check your transactions if paying with a card they will try to respectfully rob you
