Chunky mexican female charged my card twice not thinking I would notice so make sure you go back and check your transactions if paying with a card they will try to respectfully rob you

They have a terrible attitude and love to get smart with you when you don't understand a question the person lied to me saying that my bill will be cover on the first and by the second month I'll will be paying 36 dollars for my bill. Nothing changed. Still was 70 dollars for the bill and when I called for assistance instead of pulling my account up and fixing it the skinny girl advised me to call 311. ?

The fat Mexican lady at the counter attitude is horrible. I was there for 8 minutes and just the tone of her voice when you ask her a question you knew she was not happy working there. I left immediately and spent my money somewhere else. Whomever the owner is you need to get rid of this chick you losing money her customer service is atrocious!

They are charging a 10 dollar fee on top of services. A Covid-19 tax which is illegal!! I went in to change my sim because I got a new phone. The service should have been 17 dollars but they charged 28 dollars. I asked why is it 28 bucks and he said they charge a tax and service fee. And he also said we're one of the only stores open. Meanwhile I got a text from Metro by TMobile thanking me for the 17 dollar payment. I asked for an receipt and he typed IMEI swap and 28 dollars. I called Metro by TMobile and they confirmed that the store was not supposed to charge a fee.
