The employers assisted me right away and were kind and extremely helpful with me and husband picking out new phones. Gave us a nice discount on our wifi/phone/tablet bundle. The only drawback was that my wifi gateway internet box was missing the sim card so we have to go back to the store to get the wifi gateway activated. I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for affordable prices.

Overall the experience was ok, had to go back and get assistance with transferring data. Normally I’m helped as soon as I purchase phone and new service. I wasn’t offered latest promotion initially but after mentioning what I’ve researched prior to, the sales lady obliged.

Please remember to ask and receive a receipt. I received charges once I realized I was overcharged.The survey regarding service helps. The Corporate office did respond to feedback with care.The Corporate office as well as the location is attempting to correct the problem.I have to do three trips just to resolve this. I am not too happy about that experience. But so long as the problem is corrected I am alright.Update: 12/18 - the Rep was not present, but one of the other reps call the manager to provide a solution. I still believe this could've occurred yesterday. But all us well I received the refund.
