I used to work at Michael’s and many things have changed since then but the BOPIS orders will always be my favorite ! So convenient to order online and go in and pick up really quickly. And they still great me and make sure I find my order correctly! Love love LOOOVVVEEEE!! This location. Keep up the great work!!!

Chicago, Clark location, Saturday Dec. 21st, around 1:00 Pm. Bough near a $100 dollars in diverse products, including buying a large bag and a plastic bag to carry all those items. Right after I paid, I realized that I needed to cover one the items from the sight of my 8 yrs old daughter as that was one of her Christmas presents, so I asked the manager if a could have one more small plastic one, when with a very laud and a bit aggressive voice replied to me this: “Yes, I can give one this time, but the cost is 7 cents! then she kept repeating the same thing about those 7 cents…man what a fast way to ruin my customer experience, specially when I am spending over a hundred dollars and I’m a regular customer. Please do something about that manager because she does not know how to treat a good customer.

The Michaels on Clark and Belmont
PROS
- easy to get to on public transportation
- wide selection
- good sales
- lots of self check out
- clean
- staff was really helpful
- I noticed this store had a classroom
CONS
- hard to access if driving/ parking
- while clean, disorganized. Had to ask for help to find 2 of my three items
Personally one of my favorite stores locations. I always find what I need, and they also get me with something else on the way out. Lol it also helps the added it is in the same place as DSL shoes and Marshalls.
