My check engine light came on in the middle of a road trip. I called Goodyear and Firestone and both shops told me I would have to wait a couple days before they would even look at my car, which wasn’t an option for me. Finally, I called Midas and they said they could check out my car within the hour. I arrived at the shop, and within one hour of waiting they serviced my car and got me back on the road! And because it was a relatively easy fix, they didn’t even charge me! These guys are really honest, humble, and friendly. I don’t live in Chicago but I’d definitely come back here and I would recommend this shop to anyone! THANK YOU!!

I came in after running over a nail. I was stressed about damaging my wheel by driving on a flat and Sebastian got me in right away. I was a "walk in customer" and only waited about 10 minutes. The repair took 5 minutes. His staff was very friendly. When I went to pay for my repairs, he told me to have a nice day. They provide a great service. I would have paid $50 plus for my tire repair and Sebastian did the repairs on the house. I recommend this shop for all car care needs.

I got a nail in my tire yesterday and called to see if they had any openings same day-they said they could squeeze me in at a time that actually worked for me. It only took about 30 minutes to patch up my tire and install it back on. They told me it was on the house! That was very generous and made my stressful day a lot less stressful. Thank you!!! :)

The team at Midas is great! I've been a few times for routine maintenance like oil changes and was pleased with their service. Today, I had some battery issues so I called to see if they could look at it and they took me right away. They were able to replace the battery and changed out some stripped screws on my license plate so it could be replaced. 20 minute service max! All the staff is so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Giving this spot 5 stars. Sebastian and his team did a great job. I'd like to shoutout the gentleman who worked on my car and pointed out other items that could cause a hazard. The customer service was among the top things I say impressed me, even listening to them address difficult customers. Being in customer service and marketing, I'm always paying attention to how customers are treated and this place did an outstanding job.
