I was able to drop my car off short notice on a Saturday and it was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Also Midas’ brake pads have a lifetime warranty which is great as I tend to keep my cars for a long time.

We brought our car in for an oil change today and they tried to upsell us on $907 worth of work that was completely unnecessary (the office women told us our car “would be dangerous to drive without getting this work done”) According to a second opinion at Pep Boys all we needed was the oil change. Go to Pep Boys instead. Gauging people the week of Christmas. Hallelujah

Had a pretty bad experience with this location recently. Unfortunately during a transmission fluid replacement, they overfilled significantly which led to repeat service at a different Midas location in the burbs.

The air conditioner in my vehicle suddenly broke, and I called Midas to see if they could assist. The representative was friendly and transparent about when the shop could take me. I dropped off the car the same day and within moment had a diagnosis and an estimate for repairs. Midas was quick to assist, fairly priced and extremely transparent.

Place sucks, pretty sure the 5 star reviews are fake. Only 1 person working, guy wanted me to leave my car overnight for an oil change lol. I pulled up at 4:45 btw and the place was empty said he couldn't do it today since he was alone. Oh ya synthetic only, they didn't even have regular oil. Stay far away.
