12 to 2 , 2 hrs wait for oil change 🤔
Plus the ad said oil change with tire rotation. I was sure they wouldn't do it cuz i have been there before. Last time they said your tires look good you don't need it , this time they didn't bring it up.

I brought my car in to Midas without an appointment. The manager took my car in and the repair ( a nail had punctured one of my tires) was done within a couple of hours. I was very satisfied with my experience at the Midas on Irving Park Rd. In Chicago.

I love this garage I have been going there for years and they’re always reliable, fair as well as doing a great job repairing you car!! The manger Lee is always helpful and goes way out of his way to give extraordinary service! Lee will go above and beyond to give you the best customer service and will always be honest with you something that is most appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about him I would seriously fallow him to any garage if he ever left!! I highly recommend for anyone who has car issues! Just go in and ask for Lee!!

Called in advance with questions about inspecting my car to drive for Uber and the gentleman on the phone was clear and polite. I walked in 30 mins before they closed, was taken care of right away, and the inspection was quick and easy. I was done in about 10 mins. Thanks for the good service!

Tried to charge me about 1000 bucks for brakes and other things that had nothing to do with what was wrong with my car. They claimed my brakes hadnt been changed in at least 5 years (had them done twice in the last 4 years).
The Real Issue: I need new tires (confirmed by 2 other mechanics after I left this place)
Do not waste your time going to this place.

I absolutely do not recommend this to anyone they sold me 175/65r15 instead of 175/55r15 with 287dollar for only one tire. Then i came back he said i have to buy all over again and there is no refund for the tire and i payed twice for same tire 118 dollar so one tire cost me 405 dollar. He could have do his job better if you are a professional you can notice the tire is not same as all 3 tires and it’s stupid to put one different dimension to cause problems to the car and my safety he even wanted to keep the tire i bought yesterday and telling me i paid for the change omg this is so crazy an unreal!!!
I am very disappointed and angry about all of that there is no customer service there !!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They did work on my vehicle and it wasn’t the work I needed done. They fixed a ball joint instead of my brakes and I was told yesterday that my vehicle was unsafe to be on the road after work done here. I called to express concern and was told “We don’t care what another mechanic has to say!”’ Very unprofessional!
