Cracked my oil filter housing and caused an oil leak, and claimed they weren’t responsible. Yes, I know Chrysler has cheap plastic parts and specific torque specs because it’s cheap plastic. But bottom line is I came in with no leaks and left with a busted car. Best they could do to remedy it was give me a discount on fixing what they broke, which would have only been $900. lol. Great, thanks. And of course, they didn’t cause the leak or break anything. Wink wink. I’d stay away. Manager and owner are nice enough guys though. Nothing personal.EDIT: I tried that link you posted when the issue was new, and it didn’t do anything. Still was told “oh well.”

Midas on 102nd and Western was a conveniently location to get an oil change. Although they were closing soon, I was able to get in and out in 30 minutes. The friendly staff made that time fly by so fast... The were real ppl with real life situations and solutions.

I don't know if the tech had really placed FULL SYNTHETIC into my vehicle. Not one tech showed me the stick to display the oil levels colors or texture. My tire was still low, but hopefully, I did get the full synthetic that I paid for. I like the manager there. He was entertaining and resourceful.He'd made my time there pleasant and fast. The service was fast but next time I come.. please show me the stick and types of oil( bottle or gun) before servicing my vehicle.The customer service and that 59.99 stickers is what's keeping my service.

Do not go here. If I could rate less than one star I would. I came in to get my catalytic converter welded in after it was stolen that morning and that day it fell back off with the worst weld job I and the guy I had replace it after then had seen from this Midas. I've called them repeatedly to get this solved and I'm still out the cost of the catalytic converters and the cost the "weld" it in, $249.99. I think the photos speak for themselves. I've called both Midas as a company and the person in charge there and neither have helped to resolve this and they've answered none of my texts.

I left my car on a Sunday night so that Midas had it first thing on Monday morning. I called ahead of time to let them know I was bringing it in. It Monday late afternoon and I still don't get a call about what is wrong with it. I called several times to get an update and was not given one. The next day Tuesday I call at 11am for an update or to get a diagnosis. I am told someone would call me back in a few minutes. At 1:45 I call to get an update since no one called me. They have still not diagnosed my car and now it will be two days in their shop and I don't know if it will be finished by Weds. I am in need of my car getting back to me since I am a parent and have to pick up my kids from school. This is bad customer service and the worst part is that no diagnoses or time frame has been given to me after almost two days in their shop. I have had to call them multiple times each day to see what is wrong with my car and they said it was because the mechanic on Monday didn't know what they were doing so a new mechanic is looking at it today.

Very excellent customer service, answered all my questions and kept me updated. My check engine light came on and being first time car owner I freaked out. I called my mechanic who couldn't get me in until October. Then I call these guys and spoke to Angel and he could get me in the same day. I had an appointment in order to have the airmatic system on my 2014 Mercedes GL450 inspected because my vehicle was sitting low in the rear and driving extremely bumpy. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Angel, one of the managers. He was very courteous and personable. His customer service stood out to me both in person and over the phone. I told him that this type of excellent customer service is very rare these days. Omar another manager and service technician, performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and determined two possible causes of the issue. Omar took his time and explained everything to me in great detail as well as answered my questions. He was professional and friendly. Both of these individuals made Midas shine and I definitely will be a lifetime customer!

Don’t go to them they tried to charge me 350$ to Install my coolant reservoir it’s located in the front and I already had the part I watched a 5min video and installed it myself took 5mins literally refilled the antifreeze and it was good to go these mechanics don’t make enough so they charge an expensive price because it’s all about you coming back and they make it seem like it’s urgent and take a lot of energy and time

What an amazing team. Skilled professionals with great customer service. The store manager Angel was very detailed and resourceful concerning my truck. The mechanic Dommonik was extremely knowledgeable and precise. They kept me informed every step and Jose was very kind, everyone was. Yes, fixing a tie rod end is costly but great customer service has a way of making it a little less painful. I highly recommend these guys. This Midas is now my go to. Peace.

The store manager was very friendly I believe his name was Angel communicated well very professional sense of humor and attack that worked on the car was very professional and clear on what was going on and what would be the best route to take.

Fumes were blowing inside my car whenever I turned on the defrost. I explained this to them. They told me there were no leaks, and they put a larger clamp over an already clamped hose. I left, and the problem persisted . I went to Jiffy Lube, and they found the leak. There was a crack in the coolant reservoir ... Smh
