They were able to get me in for a quick tire repair despite definitely being a busy day for them. I was in and out in about a half hour, great service & great price! Would definitely recommend!

Mechanic serviced / installed an OFF market catalytic converter on my Mitsubishi after I was informed they were a Mitsubishi certified mechanic and would get me exactly what my vehicle needed.
Flash forward to today, my cc has failed and needs to be replaced again in order to pass emission test.
( This off market CC was verified to be off market by Firestone and 2 Mitsubishi Dealerships. )
I would not recommend this mechanic at all.

Midtown was open on Easter Sunday and repaired a nail puncture in my tire without any hassle or up charge. They were professional and polite.
The repair was done right away. Although kind of expensive at $51 (my neighborhood shop does the same for $20 but isn’t open on Sunday) it was still worth it have things knocked out in a top notch fashion. They found another puncture and fixed it too, saving me a future headache.

I had a very short notice tire repair and Cuco took great care of me. The repair was completed extremely fast with kind, honest and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Omar is great however the other front end heavy set guy needs to be retrained or something because I came in and inquired about new tires for my Lyft car & he instantly turned me away. I heard Omar literally told him to check it out but the guy didn’t even try he just told me no they can’t help me so I left. As I was leaving the parking lot Omar came up to me and asked me a few questions about Lyft and realized they in fact could help. We went back inside and he got started on getting me my tires. He got everything squared away and I came in next morning & Got 4 brand new tires in less than 30 minutes too it was pretty fast! Thank you so much Omar he was really sweet ! (I took one star off because the first guy I talked to before Omar immediately turned me away without even pretending to try!)

Had a tire replaced here after getting flat. Just went to go swap out my tire with spare (another flat) and my tire jack and lug wrench were both missing. Midtown were the last guys in my spare tire compartment since they took off my spare tire and put it away in my trunk, along with my toolkit. Seemed like a nice gesture, but I didn’t think to check that they put everything back in. My bad I guess. Completely screwed me over when I had to change my tire again.

This is the best auto shop! Full service and they always are upfront, honest, and efficient! Brian and Jose are a dream team and they always take good care of you. Makes having to get all new tires as pain-free of a process as can be!

I love these guys.I’ve brought my car there for an oil change twice and yesterday brought it in for a flat tire that they quickly repaired to get me back on the road. I’ve found them to be really honest, affordable and quick and never feel like they’re trying to up sell me stuff I don’t need.
