Jimmy, Eduardo and Jesse was great help getting me into my first finance car ! Jimmy did everything he said he was going to do showed me all my options and make sure I knew everything about the car. My salesman John was excellent when I came in at 4:30pm he was funny and very helpful into leading me into buying my first ever vehicle. We had a smooth test drive and he also made sure that the car was clean with filling the tires with air as well. We rang the bell in excitement and it was a pretty cool feeling that I had as it woke me up.

I worked with John (sales) and Kiko (manager) and they were both awesome. Since I was coming from out of state, I was honestly pretty nervous because this was my first time ever buying a car out of state. There was some confusion during the process but John and Kiko took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was fixed.
When I flew into Chicago, they even picked me up from the airport on time which I really appreciated. After that the purchase went smoothly and I love my new ProMaster.
Thank you John and Kiko for making this experience easy and worth the trip!
If I ever buy another car out of state, I will definitely be returning to Midway Dodge.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership, and within a week the passenger door lock fell off. I have zero mechanic experience, yet I was able to temporarily fix it myself in under an hour by watching a YouTube video but the lock was still loose and clearly needed a proper repair.
I scheduled an appointment, explained the issue in detail, and even provided suggestions on how to fix it (since I knew exactly what was wrong, I just didn’t have the tools). My appointment was for the dealership’s opening time, but I still waited about 40 minutes before anyone even saw me. I was told they’d call later to let me know if they could fix it that day or would need more time.
Five hours later, I still hadn’t heard anything and it turns out they hadn’t even looked at the car. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the vehicle is just going to sit there all day untouched? This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. For context, all that needed to be done was tightening the screw to the lock clip — something I nearly fixed myself as a non-mechanic.
To make things worse, the only reason this dealership has such a high rating is because they pressure customers to leave a review right there in front of them — and even make you send a screenshot of it as proof. That alone says a lot about how they actually operate.
The person I dealt with was Juan. Overall, terrible communication, poor time management, and zero urgency to help a recent customer.
