Mike and his team helped us get our first deal out of state with ease. I spoke with several other mortgage brokers and it was clear to me early on that Mike valued giving me advice that was in my best interest. His was the only firm we spoke too that didn't immediately suggest to pay for points (and so far this has been a good trade). There were a litany of other points made while his team answered my barrage of questions and for all of them I am appreciative.

I had an excellent experience working with Mike and the team. They understood my situation and my timelines from the get go and were on top of things. They connected with my realtor immediately, established email communications with the attorney and the other parties required. They would send me reminders if there is a task due for a given day and what the next steps are! Also gave me a clear breakdown of the monthly payments which helped to make a decision on the right type of loan to suit my unique situation. Most importantly, the loan was processed on time! They had my back!!I would highly recommend Mike Facchini and his team! would definitely go back to them for my future mortgage needs.

Mike came referred to us when we were trying to buy a multi-unit property in Chicago during the summer of 2023. His team (especially Brandon) was helpful, and extremely responsive during the whole loan origination process especially being first time home buyers. Mike was able to get us a rate that was literally unbelievable to other lenders and we are happy that we made the decision to go with him. Would recommend 10/10 times.

We were referred to Mike by our realtor after expressing frustration with the pushiness and seemingly bad advice we were getting from the lender we used for pre-approval. Mike was exactly what we needed as first time homebuyers - a wealth of knowledge who happily answered all our questions and shared his advice, but let us be the ultimate decision makers. Not only was the experience of working with Mike great, he also got us significantly lower rates than we were quoted across a variety of other lenders. Mike and team are amazing. They were able to close quickly on our Mortgage, were always willing up pickup the phone. When you have a good mortgage team it really does make the entire process MUCH less stressful. Couldn't recommend them enough.
