OH MAN. Raffi was amazing. Super nice and personable. Took care of my TV in no time. Its REALLY nice to know I have found a place to go to if I have any issues with a TV in the future. THANKS RAFFI!!!!!

Unusual customer service. Very much in the self-protective mode.
I considered buying a used TV here, I went to Target instead and paid more for a new one, simply because, if the TV hadn't worked out, those two brothers would probably have bit my head off if I asked for any kind of customer service.
As someone who deals with customers, I cannot imagine, showing such impatience and disdain for people that your business cannot survive without.

Great owners and friendly, helpful staff. Rented a UHaul from here with ease and everyone was incredibly kind and assisted me during my move. Highly recommend.

Had a LG 32" tv that suddenly had no picture (but was getting power). Took it in for a diagnostic to Minas since they're listed as an LG service center and in the neighborhood. $39 for the diagnostic and Raffi thought best guess would be the main board. Since it's a 32" tv, he suggested going with a new tv since the part, new would be $160+. (Aram did also offer that they had a 32" in the store for $99). Raffi was open to me making a low cost effort to repair the tv by having a $20 part shipped from a recycler to the shop. Though the part was an exact match for what was in my tv, it didn't fix the problem (suggesting it would be a more complicated problem with the display itself). I took care of returning that part. All these checks were part of the $39 diagnostic. They took care of recycling my old tv and I went ahead with shopping for a new 32" tv.

Great experience in fixing my LG OLED TV. Diagnosed over the phone. Provided guidance to get a warranty extension to cover the repair. Followed up repeatedly providing communication on the process. Were quick in coming out to repair on site. TV is working again! Saved me a couple hundred to couple thousand dollars!

Raffi was a total pro. He installed a new display on my 65” LG OLED in less than 30 mins. I will work with Minas again.

They are an LG TV repair shop. Fixed up my OLED LG TV so it works like a charm. The TV was frozen in update mode with no way to access any menus. It is like brand new again. They have free parking right behind the shop. Cost was reasonable.

ROACHES IN THEIR UHAUL RENTAL: My friend rented their uhaul, we looked down on the floor and it was flooded with brown roaches. Like actual roaches that were alive were literally running around the front 2 seats. There was like 20+ of them running near our feet into cracks of the car and things. It was the scariest thing of my life. We didn't notice because it was dark outside, but I happened to turn my light on and it was INFESTED WITH ROACHES!. DO NOT rent a uhaul from them, it's probably roach infested. Also be sure to check the car prior to loading your things in it. They didn't let him check but pretended to be courteous and give the car to him so he couldn't check. But you can't tell me they didn't know about the roaches prior to giving him the car. I know for a fact it didn't come from us because he moved from a brand new luxury apartment and he doesn't have pest at this place and I certainly wasn't carrying bunches of roaches on me in my handheld purse or on my body. Their uhauls are roach infested.
