Visited the Miniso store in Chicago to find a birthday gift for my niece's friend. The store is incredibly cute, featuring an abundance of pink Barbie, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, and other Pooh items. We ended up purchasing some perfumes of various sizes. While the items are nice, they come with a hefty price tag. Nevertheless, the store is a paradise for those who love girly and trendy products. Overall, I'm thrilled with the shopping experience at Miniso.

Very bad experience. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I visited the store because of a broken article with receipt and still wrapped. I was send away. Not an American mentality. You can tell it’s from Asia. For me a reason never to buy there anymore. I always was a good customer. The major of all other (good) reviews are from Asian people. Be aware!

Outstanding service. Got greeted at the door and was offered a basket for all my items. Was not sure about certain prices, but bro working there helped me verify pricing. Came in to do some shopping after seeing TikTok’s about this place and was highly satisfied. They were sure to fulfill my needs and directed at me with smiles. I didn’t get to ask for names unfortunately, however I remember the guy that helped me while I was shopping being fairly short. He also had some sleeve tattoos and a septum ring. Will definitely be returning after that experience.

My son and I loved the place where the atmosphere was very friendly. If you make over a $20 purchase, they will give a toke for the claw machine inside.

Fun store with an assortment of cute plush animals and various character based items spanning lunch boxes, to makeup, to pillows. Reasonable prices.

I love the items that are being sold. I just think the prices are outrageous and priced purposely to take advantage of children and tourists. A blind box costs anywhere from $16-$25 dollars when other stores like Target, Hot Topic ,and Five Below have them for $5-$7. Online stores, too. The shop is big, clean, well kept. Just wish they were more modest in their pricing.

Such a cute and fun store to browse. Next to the bakery we always go to this place is adorable from the moment you walk in the door. VERY loud music is playing so be aware. I really enjoyed seeing the huge pikachu and all the cute plushies. Most of the items didn't seem to be priced, and the things that did have prices were grossly overpriced. They're definitely a tourist attraction in Chinatown! Almost $7 for a bag of imported Lay's chips should be criminal. Those same chips are $3.50 at HMart and $2.99 back home in Nebraska. We didn't buy anything, but it was fun to look around.

Don't buy those unique flavored lays chips here! They cost $7 here while they cost only $4.50 at a candy/snack shop right near there in chinatown as well!! The $30 power bank also heats up a lot and loses power quickly :(

Another neat spot in Chinatown designed to capture the attention of children big and small as well as the attention of those with a sweet tooth. ??♀️We could not resist.Large selection of plush, candy, decor, chips and all things to make you want to stay and spend some time in here. It reminds me of five below!

Good for shopping, not for employment. Applicants beware. Management will be friendly to your face but willingly omit information from potential employees. Please save yourselves the pain and shadiness.
