I was really nervous going in. General healthcare as a trans individual can be pretty scary... Luckily, the NP that helped me out, Jerusha, was incredibly sweet, understanding, and helped me get the medication I needed!

Got there 15 minutes before my appointment and it was empty. Two people came and went. I waited 30 minutes before one lady called me to get my vitals and information. Sent me back out to wait again for another 10 minutes. Still, no one else waiting. The nurse finally came through with a coffee in her hand. This was around 10am so I don't think it was her lunchtime yet. I don't think they know the rooms aren't soundproof but I can hear almost everything when they laughed at me. It is hurtful and and don't think they would like that if it was done to them. I was in a lot of pain. I don't think my problem was addressed correctly.I had to go to another walking the next day and they gave me antibiotics and helped my pain go away.I do not like this CVS and MCinute Clinic. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I took my wife there for a UTI and they did a great job of getting a test done for the infection and prescribing a antibiotic for the infection. We will use them again in the future!!

I am very disappointed with the service that I received from Afrodita Salievska, NP. She asked several invasive questions in a public lobby to distinguish my identity and reason for the visit. During the visit, she demanded that I disclose health information not required for the test at hand. She asked several unnecessary questions to verify my personal address and other entities of my identity (i.e., the information is in my Minute Clinic account). After I walked out of the room, she followed me and claimed that I refused to answer any questions with a nurse in the clinic. Also, I shared my experience with the assistant manager of the store. Afrodita followed me around the store. She demanded that I speak with her about the issue and participate in the conversation with the assistant manager. I reported the issue to higher management, and I am still waiting for them to resolve the problem.
