Went in for daughter's high school physical. That part went fine. But the practitioner noticed a flag in the records requiring a follow-up exam for a cardiac issue that was late. Fine. We went and had the cardiac exam. When I came back and asked that the physical form be updated to indicate that the exam was complete and daughter cleared for participation, they said we'd need to have a complete new exam with associated fee.Bad customer service. Not worth the time or money. Go elsewhere.

I took my 6 year old son in for a sore throat. Megan, FNP, was absolutely amazing with him. Thorough and patient. Answered all of his questions, which is more than I ask. Highly recommend!

I have a serious problem with how they handled my visit. I went in with sore throat, cough, fatigue, headache etc. I wanted a strep test and a covid test. She said I'd have to go to another location for the covid test. Then I told her I came there and had no desire to go to two locations. She said ok that she'd do both. Then did the strep test. Then told me they didn't have covid tests there and they were trying to stop doing them there. It was like she was steering me away from getting a covid test for some lazy reason. I hope whatever manager came up with this plan to avoid the paperwork included the costs of crippling lawsuits and terrible press.

Morgan is the best! She really listens and hears what the patient is saying and is able to then quickly work with them to figure out what needs to be done. I'd never been to a medical professional as personable and helpful as she is. My boyfriend and I have gone to this minute clinic multiple times over the past year, and Morgan always remembers us and follows up on our health issues. She's understanding, friendly, professional, and really, really good at her job.

Morgan is great. She explained everything in detail and seemed to really care. I would go here again next time I'm sick to see her.

If you’re going to these clinics, you’ll have to wait that’s just how it is. I see a lot of complaints with that. The best advice I can give is to book an appointment online before hand to secure your spot. Anyways,I’m giving this CVS a 5 star rating because of nurse practitioner, Morgan. She was extremely friendly and pleasant, and when she found out I was new to the city and that I was on the search for different specialist and doctors she took the time to recommend some to me and write down information for me as well. She was very gentle and has wonderful bedside manners. I will be returning!

Went here for TB test and the Nurse Practitioner had no idea how to read my results accurately. When reading, she measured the redness instead of the induration which caused me to get false results. Don't come here.

I arrived early on a Saturday morning and had about a 45 minute wait time. The nurse was pleasant and helpful. She suggested over the counter medicine for my cold (after checking for strep throat) along with one other prescription. In addition, the nurse even aided me in receiving a gift card for being a first time prescription filler at the location. I was in and out at a reasonable time and it only took about 10 minutes to fill my prescription.

Do not waste your time if your insurance is not in network here. They make it seem like you can pay cash but that IS NOT TRUE. After waiting an hour, I was told I couldn't be seen and I couldn't pay. Paying is only for those who "dont have insurance" Remember when they passed a law that everyone has to have insurance.....
