No one is there to help or greet you. I scheduled for an afternoon visit and get there exactly on time, no one is at the Kiosk so I go to the open door and talk to someone last named Barrington? The lady was not helping anyone so I ask for help checking in as I wasn’t sent a confirmation code, she says she doesn’t see me in the system and says I should have screen shot the reservation. Whole interaction was profoundly rude.

Ran by nurse practitioners only, no doctor on site or doctor supervisor.Nurse Practitioner Kristen was extremely unprofessional in her behavior and the way she treated me as a patient. Will not come back here ever.

I have never had a such a horrible experience waiting to see a nurse at a minute clinic. After all is called minute clinic not hour long clinic. My appointment was for 6:05, and I left just before 7:00 pm. The clinic closes at 7:30 and it was a line of five people waiting. I booked my appointment the night prior. You didn't even see the nurse's face. I can understand if clients need more time, but that was absolutely ridiculous. It's a minute clinic, what could you possibly be doing there that takes so long, was it a procedure? Because when I understand those don't happen there. And it would have been nice for the nurse to step out for a second and let us know what was going on and if we were even going to be seen at the time. Absolutely horrendous service, I do not recommend coming here if you have any sort of care about your own time.

Far from a minute clinic. Sat for an hour , just to be told we can’t be seen.

Messed up my paperwork and when I came back to get it fixed it took over an hour. I called and they told me not to make an appointment for this matter and to just show up. Provider was rude about the whole situation too despite the clinic being at fault.

The nurse Jenna was extremely nice, professional and competent. The one star review is because this location does not offer most of the services offered by normal Minute Clinics. They cannot draw blood so they can’t conduct the majority of lab tests etc. So basically this location is a waste of time. Their internal systems do not make it easy to select what services they offer, so chances are good you’ll end up here just to need to be sent somewhere else.Either offer a fully functional minute clinic, or don’t. A compromised, limited service version of an already compromised, limited service clinic is basically useless.

Made an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Keonya Gillespie to remove a buildup of ear wax. The whole visit was very nice and professional. She is very thorough and caring. I would go back and I would recommend her to friends and family.

I have visited this office twice, and had very different experiences each time. The first one gave me no confidence- I told the NP what I thought I had. She told me she didn't think it was that but wrote me a prescription anyway for it. I felt a bit at a loss but didn't know how to ask her to work harder and try to diagnose me then? The clinic location is right by the aisles; she had a loud voice and I saw a shopper turn around and look at us while she was going over my sore throat problems and prescription at the out-desk. Very awkward.Went again because the problem persisted, but I checked online and verified--if I get a strep test and it's negative, they'll send it for further labs if needed. No doctor's office wanted me with possible strep (covid guidelines) and they were referring me to urgent care. Figured I couldn't go wrong at least getting labs cheaper through the minuteclinic, so I went back. This time I had Danielle Babbington for my NP. She was amazing--very knowledgeable and professional with a great bedside manner. I walked out feeling very confident in her diagnosis. She sounded experienced and was thorough in her exam and questions. She spoke in a more muted, confidential tone at the checkout desk. I felt like I was at a real doctor's office. I got a great value compared to visiting an urgent care facility. I don't know if they let you choose your NP but I highly recommend her, turned my whole opinion around.

Complete waste of time! Appointment was scheduled online for 4:00. We weren’t seen until 5:00. My daughter’s tonsils are huge and she can’t swallow. The nurse said it’s probably tonsillitis because the minute clinic strep is negative but it will get sent out to the lab. She commented on how red and big her tonsils were, but we need to wait 48-72 hours to get lab results. If it’s positive for strep an antibiotic will be prescribed.

Spent 2hrs and 68 dollars (deductible)to be told that I had a cold, and they only prescribe antibiotics for pneumonia... so, I guess I learned to just go to a doctors office or actual hospital...

Irresponsibly incompetent. Went for an ear cleaning and to check for an ear infection. Clinician was patronizing and plain bad at the job and could neither effectively clean out my impacted wax nor diagnose me. Took two attempts just to check my pulse, because she botched the first time. Said I couldn't possibly have swimmer's ear because I "wasn't a swimmer." Had horrible bedside manners and casually said the procedure could cause permanent hearing loss (to clean out impacted wax).

I take my kids to this Minute Clinic in case if emergency, when I couldn't go to his pediatrician because it's too far. The NPs are really nice, attentive, knowledgeable and my kids aren't scared. They actually like going there, to the "Target doctor". I don't know about adults but I do recommend taking your kids there if you need to. They take most insurances, just have to pay whatever your insurance's copay is.

The wait time was short, the nurse was nice and efficient, got my sinus infections antibiotics and back to shopping within 20 minutes.
