Utterly fantastic, sad I only found about them today. Both the intake and care professionals I saw were kind and efficient and HUMAN! They quite literally saved my (digital) life and treated my (physical) malady! I can't say I'm rooting for more urgent medical needs...but I will go back in a heartbeat if they arise!
